Mainland France, Corsica and Monaco: 1 to 2 working days.
For the rest of Europe: 1-3 working days for an inflatable SUP board or a 3-piece paddle and 3-5 working days for a SUP hard board or a 1-piece carbon paddle.
This is an average time depending on the destination, shipping method and availability of the article.
Delivery of your parcel/s:
Please carefully check the parcel/s on receipt of your order before signing the delivery note.
The verification of received goods is considered complete once the buyer, or a person authorised by them, has signed the delivery note.
NB: No claims may be made against SAS BTR or the transporter / carrier if the delivery note has been signed.
In the case of the delivery of a SUP hard board, if the board is damaged, please write on the delivery note: "PARCEL REFUSED, BOARD DAMAGED" and also give details of what the damage is, e.g. "damage to left rail, hole in the deck of the board, back of the board scratched, etc.".
Please inform us straight away and on receipt of the damaged goods we will organise the expedition of a replacement board.
Article 6: Responsibilities
SAS BTR cannot be held liable for breach of contract due to a force majeure (flood, fire, etc.) or disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and transport and / or communications.
The selection and purchase of a product are the sole responsibility of the customer. SAS BTR is exempt of any responsibility and is not liable for any reimbursement or compensation due to the incompatibility of the product/s chosen by the customer.
In the case of non- or partial delivery of an order, you have up to one year (from the date of placing the order) to make a claim. Beyond this deadline we will not accept any claim.
