Gaetan Noguer, PWR-Foil production manager
We open the introductions with one of our latest recruits, Gaetan Noguer, PWR-Foil's Production Manager. Gaetan embodies the PWR-Foil spirit: passion, innovation and a constant drive to improve every aspect of the e-foil experience. With people like him, the future of PWR-Foil looks bright. Attracted by the idea of working with a dynamic and visionary team, he immediately saw the opportunity to help push back the boundaries of what is possible in the world of e-foils. His enthusiasm for this adventure reflects the very spirit of PWR-Foil, where every day is a new opportunity to reinvent the sport of sailing.
A warm welcome and a passionate team
Gaetan received a very warm welcome as soon as he arrived. He quickly sensed a real team spirit and collaborative culture within PWR-Foil. The working atmosphere is motivating and stimulating, fuelled by passionate colleagues who are always ready to share their knowledge and help each other.
Learning to Fly: Gaetan's First Experience on an E-Foil
When he tested an e-foil for the first time, Gaetan was amazed by the unique sensation of lightness and freedom, combining the pleasures of flying and surfing. Although he doesn't come from a board sports background, he quickly adapted to this new discipline. ‘From the very first session, I was able to stand up on the board and do a few short take-offs. However, it was during the second session that I really took off, mastering the basic principles and flying more steadily.’ For Gaetan, learning to fly an e-foil was an incomparable experience, perfectly illustrating the magic of this revolutionary sport.
Working closely together
As head of production and logistics, Gaetan ensures that everything runs smoothly. He also works closely with the technical teams to improve products, incorporating customer feedback to maximise efficiency and maintain a high level of quality. At the moment, his team is particularly busy with the testing of the new Revo model, a product that Gaetan believes is not far from perfect.
